No Tears in the Sea

It's been a while since I painted. =') I kind of missed drawing pretty things.
Being up to my neck in comics is wonderful, but I miss playing around too.

London, March 2011

I'm back from London again. It was completely awesome. I'm still not recovered from coming back to reality though and have mostly just slept the weekend away. OTL

Anyway, I miss it. I met new, awesome friends, ate good food and had a lot of great experiences.

Soo... Here's a massive flood of pictures! Mostly in reverse order as I'm too lazy to fix that as usual.

Purikuraaa! I'm sorry I made you do it, Louise! (No, I'm not.)

So. I don't drink. But I did try one small sip of beer at St Patrick's day! ... And really didn't like it. Sorry to Jocke and Shani who actually bought a Guiness for me. I'm sorry you believed you'd get to see me drunk. Sorry for not meeting your expectations. XD

... This was what it looked like when we came back home again. What the hell, man?

Shani in the Guiness-hat!

We passed the hat around!

Picnic in Green Park on St Patrick's. Squirrel-feeding.

Victory!

So, I went to Oxford for a bit too. And got lost. Without a map or a (reliably) working phone. And walked a lot. But that's a story for another time. ='D

Didn't take as many pictures there as in London, sadly. It is an amazing town.

Insane bus traffic.

We had a wig-trying session at Miyun's. I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to post, so... XD
Anyway, her wig collection is amazing!

St Patrick's Day Festival! Massive amounts of people, food and beer!

At Petticoat Lane.

This... I don't even... So...
So, this old (nice-looking, but still old) man walks up to Louise, Miyun and I and this conversation ensues. I think this is the most hilarious compliment I've ever gotten!

An amazing-looking cake for Sandra and Betsy's farwell party! It was pink on the inside too.
... It was sad you guys had to leave so soon though. )=

God, I love this picture. XD Sorry, Sandra.

Trench signs.

More trench signs.

Uh. Yeah. Hi.

Sandra. You and your cannons! 8D

Louise standing by a bomb and finding a fallen hero on the ground (though that's a bit hard to see.)

"Have you seen the new update yet?"
"What?! There's a new one?!" *runs for computer*
Oh you Homestuck geeks! *love*

Louise posing with elephant.

Spring! SPRING! See that, Sweden?! That's how it's supposed to be!

Oh Ryuichi... XD

Louise looking model-esque!

Karaoke with Nittle Grasper! Oh man *///A///*

Nittle Grasper goofing around~

Betsy made an amazing Tohma.

The photo war is ON.

These were so unbelievably good!

At the creperie with Betsy, Sandra and Miyun.

Amanda and Louise. Amanda being a girl we met at the airport. New friends! Always nice.

A snow storm outside when we were leaving for England. Of course. What was I thinking? After that thing with getting stuck in Munich for the night because of snow last time I flew before this, I should have expected it.

I know what you're thinking: Interesting picture!
It's about to get more interesting.
"Put five pounds in and I'll say thank you! Put ten in and I'll tell you to go home happy. Put more than twenty in and I'll come home with you!"

... so, the big question is: What would he do if more than one person put more than twenty pounds in?
