Justice goes golfing

I just realized I haven't uploaded any pictures of these two oil commission paintings before.

Forest of Dreams

You know, I thought I was going to die when I almost lost two hours of work on this one. I don't know the exact amount of time it took to paint, but around 40 hours, I guess. I'm not a very patient person... ^^;
So, the reason I took on a huge project like this when I should be working on getting money for rent? Wellll... I need pieces I can be proud of for my portfolio. XD

I would have uploaded the process, but it seems the blogger reduced the size a lot. I'll upload it on dA instead.

Blue

A sort of speedpainting. Two and a half hours (that's speedy for me), no references or lineart.
I'm trying to get better at painting, so everything's done in a single layer. :)

Honestly, the past two weeks have more than a little bit crazy, and I'm going hiking in a few days, so I wanted to post something new before then.

Ink and fish

There's something special about drawing ugly fish.
I've had this lineart for about a year, and decided to use it for inking practise only now. :)

Photo dump

A few out of many, many photographs I've taken the past few years.

Because I've been planning to post these forever.
But I guess I felt like they'd be out of place on my dA page...

Experimenting with copics

I feel like this experiment probably... failed. But oh well, not entirely.
I'm immensely dissatisfied with the girl's face. But the rest looks better than expected. :)

The original one is also for sale. (20 USD + shipping costs.)
Leave a comment or send me a mail at celeyo @ gmail . com if you're interested. (Remove the spaces in the email address.)

Trying watercolours again

So... I only had three hours of sleep last night. Originally I had planned to finish my other oil commissions, but I didn't trust my body or brain not to muck anything up. So, I picked up the water colours again for the first time in a year or so.
And it's a good thing I didn't do those oil comissions, because I managed to knock over the bottle I kept the water in - all over the picture too, but luckily I used super absorbent paper. :)
The result is this, at any rate:

(It looks better in reality.) But pretty good for a 1hour-colouring, I'd say. :) I was just playing around.
Also, it's for sale, if anyone's interested. 25 USD + shipping costs.
